Atkore International Announces Acquisition of Flexhead Industries

Harvey, Illinois, February 15, 2012/PRNewswire/ — Atkore International Inc. (“Atkore”), today announced that it has acquired FlexHead Industries, Inc., the leading U.S. designer, manufacturer and provider of flexible fire sprinkler connections.  The acquisition will strengthen Atkore’s existing fire sprinkler product portfolio and market presence.
