Atkore International Receives Approval of S-4 from the SEC and Starts Exchange Offer for All Outstanding Notes

Atkore International, Inc. (Atkore) received approval on its S-4 from the Securities and Exchange Commission, effective October 19, 2011. As a result, Atkore is offering to exchange the $410 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding 9.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2018 for a like principal amount of registered 9.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2018. The exchange offer will expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time, on November 18, 2011.
