John P. Williamson President and Chief Executive Officer

John P. Williamson assumed the roles of President and Chief Executive Officer of Atkore International on June 1, 2011. Before joining Atkore, Williamson spent six years with ITT Corporation most recently as President of the Water & Wastewater Division, a $1.8 billion global manufacturing company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with 180 locations and 45 subsidiaries. Prior to that, he was President of the Residential and Commercial Water Division and ITT Corporate Vice President and Director for Operational Excellence. Prior to ITT, Mr. Williamson was employed for more than 17 years within several operating divisions of Danaher Corporation. Until 2005, Mr. Williamson was Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Fluke Corporation. Mr. Williamson also served as President of Jennings Technology Corporation. Additionally, he held leadership and management positions at Veeder-Root Company, Danaher Controls, Dynapar and Disc Instruments. Mr. Williamson began his career with Connector Technology, Inc. in 1981.
Mr. Williamson earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton and holds a Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Business School.
James A. Mallak Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mallak joined Atkore International in March 2012. Prior to joining the company, he served as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm where he focused on international financial management, corporate financial administration, merger and acquisition transactions and corporate restructuring. Prior to that, Mr. Mallak was the Chief Financial Officer at Tower Automotive with responsibility for ensuring the financial integrity of 48 manufacturing locations. He also served as Executive Vice President and CFO for two operating segments of Textron, Inc., a global manufacturer for the aerospace and defense, automotive and transportation, as well as industrial manufacturing industries. While there, Mr. Mallak managed teams supporting controllership and reporting, internal controls and policies, tax, manufacturing accounting, as well as internal audit and ethics and treasury. Mr. Mallak began his career at ITT Automotive, holding progressive leadership roles in the finance arena during his 14 year tenure.
Mr. Mallak earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in accounting from Michigan State University.
Valdecir Bersaghi Managing Director - South America

Mr. Bersaghi has served in this role since 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Bersaghi served as general manager for Dina'o (formerly known as Marcopolo company). Previously, Mr. Bersaghi also served as IT manager for 10 years and Vice President - National Institute Steel Distributor (INDA) for two years. Currently, Mr. Bersaghi is Vice President of the Steel Association from Rio Grande do Sul State (AARS). Mr. Bersaghi holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in marketing and management both from the Caxias do Sul University.
Steve Elsdon President - Unistrut International

Mr. Elsdon was named to his current position in July 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Elsdon held the position of President-North America Cable Management since April 2011. He joined the company in 2005 as Vice President - Sales & Marketing for Columbia-MBF, the market leader supplying steel and aluminum conduit accessories, cable, raceways, connection and supporting solutions for the Canadian market. Prior to that, Mr. Elsdon spent more than 10 years in sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibility within Cooper Industries. He has completed courses at the executive education center at Shulich School of Business, York University and holds a Master's Certificate in Business Administration from York University.
Kevin P. Fitzpatrick Vice President - Global Human Resources

Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Atkore International in January 2012. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for A.M. Castle & Company, a global distributor of specialty metals and supply chain services for aerospace, oil & gas, heavy equipment and other industries, from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Fitzpatrick also served as Vice President, North American Human Resources and Administration for UPM Kymmene Corporation, a global forest products manufacturer, from 2001-2009. His past experience includes leadership roles in other manufacturing companies, where he was responsible for compensation and benefits, labor relations, talent acquisition and management, training, and employment matters. Mr. Fitzpatrick earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
Kristin Johnson-Holz Vice President - Marketing for Allied Tube & Conduit

Ms. Johnson-Holz was named to this position in July 2012. Previously, Ms. Johnson-Holz served as Vice President - Global Marketing & Strategy, a position in which she was named in March 2011. She joined the company as General Manager - Conduit Products and Electrical Strategic Marketing in 2009. Previously, Ms. Johnson-Holz served as Vice President - Marketing for Schneider Electric. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she held several positions at Grainger, Inc., including Senior Director - Marketing & Advertising for Grainger Industrial Supply and Marketing Manager - National Accounts and Government. Ms. Johnson-Holz also spent 12 years in progressive leadership roles with Baxter International, Inc., with responsibilities for global marketing, strategic planning and business development, and financial and business analysis. Ms. Johnson-Holz earned a Master's degree in marketing, finance and international business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Rochester in New York.
Edward T. Kurasz Executive Vice President - Sales for Allied Tube & Conduit

Mr. Kurasz was named in July 2012 to this position. Previously, Mr. Kurasz served as President-Pipe, Tube & Conduit, a position in which he was named in April 2011. Additionally, he served for three years as Vice President and General Manager of the Pipe and Tube Division. Mr. Kurasz also served as Vice President of the company's Sales - Mechanical division from 2004-2008 and as Senior Regional Sales Manager for that division from 2001-2004. From 1999-2001, Mr. Kurasz served as Director of Sales for Newman Monmore Tubes, a division of Tyco in the United Kingdom. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Kurasz held various sales and marketing positions in the company's Mechanical and Standard Pipe divisions. Mr. Kurasz holds a Bachelor's degree in management from Park College and a Master's degree in marketing from DePaul University.
Bob Pereira President - AFC Cable

Mr. Pereira has served in this role since being named in April 2011. He joined the company in 1985 and has served in a number of key management roles. Most recently, he served as Vice President - Cable Operations with responsibility for manufacturing, distribution and product development at several key facilities. Additionally, Mr. Pereira has held a prominent role in developing a number of the company's Patented and Patent Pending products. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Pereira was Vice President and General Manager for the Electrical Products Division of Revere Copper and Brass. He holds a Bachelor's degree in management from the University of Massachusetts and has completed additional post-graduate studies at Northeastern University.
Steve Robins Vice President - Strategic Sourcing

Mr. Robins was named to this position in July 2012 after joining the company as Director-Strategic Sourcing in August 2009. Previously, Mr. Robins served from 2006 to 2009 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing Flat Rolled Steel NA for ArcelorMittal International, the international trading arm of ArcelorMittal. Mr. Robins prior experience included assignments at ThyssenKrupp NA, including Vice President - Operation and Quality for Copper and Brass Sales, Vice President Automotive Sales for ThyssenKruppNA, and Vice President - Purchasing for Thyssen Steel. Mr. Robins began his career at General Motors and progressed through a series of assignments of increasing responsibility in manufacturing and material management with both Chevrolet and the Truck and Bus Group. Mr. Robins earned a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Michigan, School of Business, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
Eileen Tierney General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Tierney has served in her current position since March 2011. She joined the company in 2007 as General Counsel of the Electrical & Metal Products division, and in 2008, was also named General Counsel of Tyco International’s Fire Detection business based in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Tierney held increasingly responsible legal positions during her seventeen year tenure at Andrew Corporation, including serving as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary from 1998 to 2006. Ms. Tierney began her career as an associate at the law firm of Vedder Price where she focused on employment and corporate law. Ms. Tierney earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Illinois School of Law and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Administration from Purdue University.
Gary Uren Vice President - Business Development and Strategy

Mr. Uren was named to this position in July 2012. Previously, Mr. Uren served as President-EMEA and APAC with responsibiity for the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Uren joined the company in 2008 as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region with responsibility for growing the Australia business as well as developing manufacturing capabilities in Changshu, China. Mr. Uren has 20 years' experience as a senior executive in the Electrical Products, Technology and Building Services sectors, working extensively throughout Australia and Asia. Immediately prior to joining the company, Mr. Uren was Managing Director of Legrand Australia/New Zealand for eight years and Director of HPM-Legrand. Mr. Uren concurrently served as a Director of AEEMA, the peak representative body for the Australian Electrical ICT & Electronics industries. He holds a Diploma in Management from St. George Technical College and a Master of International Business (MBA) from Southern Cross University.
